Cross-functional operator for messy implementation, customer success, CRM, hiring, and go-to-market systems. I get important work done when ownership is unclear and the system is messy.

Where I've Built

2023 — Present
Growth & Partnerships Lead
Took over messy cross-functional work across implementation, customer success, CRM, hiring, and team operations. Reduced average time from verbal commitment to live service delivery from about two months to under four weeks, migrated roughly one thousand deals from Pipedrive to HubSpot, shipped Slack-to-HubSpot automation in two days, and led a new team to a sixteen-million-dollar pipeline in a new market.
2022 — 2023
Head of Growth & Partnerships
Built structure in an early-stage platform serving fractional executives. Owned partnership and growth execution, created the original content engine, and helped turn scattered initiatives into clearer operating rhythm and follow-through.
2021 — 2022
Head of Growth & Partnerships
Built direct founder acquisition in the channels where users already were. Grew a founder-facing Twitter presence to more than two thousand followers and generated an average of about two sign-ups per day through direct engagement over roughly a year.
2019 — 2020
Early Career
Built the habit that still defines my work: step into ambiguous problems, learn the system quickly, and create structure that makes the team more effective.
Early Career

What I Fix

001
Implementation & Handoffs
I step in when implementation, customer success, and internal teams are all involved but nobody owns the system end to end.
002
CRM & Workflow Systems
I redesign pipelines, clean up process debt, and automate the places where teams actually work so the system gets used.
003
Special Projects
When the work is urgent, cross-functional, under-owned, and still has to get done, that is usually where I am most useful.
004
Team Efficiency
I use policy, tooling, AI workflows, and process redesign to remove unnecessary drag and give teams back meaningful time.
005
Hiring & Talent Filtering
I can build practical screening systems, narrow noisy candidate pools quickly, and close critical hires even outside my original function.
006
New Market Execution
I help stand up strategy, rhythm, accountability, and execution in new markets where the team needs structure before momentum stalls.

Selected Writing

I am the person teams pull in when important work has no clean owner.

I do my best work when delivery is stuck, ownership is fuzzy, and the system behind the work is breaking down. My focus is less pure sales and more making the machine run.

That has meant shortening implementation cycles, rebuilding CRM workflows, adding AI-assisted operating systems, hiring outside my original lane, and stepping into departments that needed structure fast.
